Jim Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand
It is the oldest park located in Uttarakhand. It is a proven paradise for wildlife enthusiasts who wish to see Royal Bengal Tigers in Winters. renowned for its Bengal Tigers, Jim Corbett is also home to Wild Elephants and rare species of birds and animals. Established in 1936, it is the oldest National Parks in India.

Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, Rajasthan
Heaven for various bird species, Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is an excellent wildlife destination for all the wildlife photographers and travelers to be explored in winter. This UNESCO World Heritage Site has pleasant weather in the Winters. You can spot various foreign species of birds from Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Serbia, and China.
The best time to visit Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is between October to February.
Bandhavgarh National Park, Madhya Pradesh
Bandhavgarh National Park features large biodiversity but the Bengal Tiger is the main attraction. In order to escape from the scorching summers of Madhya Pradesh People prefer to visit this National Park in winter. It is home to 45 species of animals and 250 species of birds. It used to be the hunting spot for Maharajas earlier in the day.

Gir National Park, Gujarat
Gir National Park is the only place where the endangered Asiatic Lions can be spotted. In Gir Forest, the temperature is moderate throughout the year but stunning in the monsoon and pleasant in winters where Asiatic Lions roam around freely in the deciduous and dry forest. More than 38 species of mammals and 37 kinds of reptiles can be found here which includes Leopards, Sloth Bears, Hyenas, Chital, Nilgai, and others.
The best time to visit Gir National Park is between late October to March.
Kaziranga National Park, Assam
A UNESCO World Heritage Site in India, This National Park is a proud owner of 2/3rd of One-horned Rhinos of the World\’s Population. This park is heaven in winters because of its scenery with the temperature being moderate about 5 – 15 degrees Celsius. This park is also home to a population of elephants, tigers, deers, wild boars, and others.
The best time to visit this park is between November to April.
